US Antimony

There's no smelter like their smelter

There’s tons of money in antimony it’s the only mineral I know

Everything about it is appealing, it’s the magic that makes a bullet POW

Pawnshop fans could get a happy feeling when Gary Evans take a bow

There’s no people like UAMY people, they smile at what I wrote

Even with a ship that’s stuck in China, there’s plenty of ore in the mine ah

In Alaska, the company may have some gold, let’s go on with this note

Gary Evans, Joseph Bardswich, and the Board

Are special “antimonians” because

Gary Evans, Joseph Bardswich, and the Board

Get paid for hitting numbers, no applause

They would only bid their jobs goodbye, with a buyout over 13, and why?

There’s tons of money in antimony, and we tell you it’s so

Digging in Alaska is so thrilling, looking at the stars on chilly nights

Smiling as you watch ore in the truck filling, while investors chase the stock to new heights

There’s no people like UAMY people, right now the stock is low

Miners come from everywhere with napsacks, no killing them softly, no Roberta Flack

Where could you get money that you don’t give back? The DOD on with the show

Montana geologists, surveyers props

The truck drivers that haul the ore at dawn

Refining the product without any stops

Ship to Uncle Sam labels pasted on

Processing antimoney has a smell

The towel you’ve taken from the last hotel

Wall Street analysts and qualified investors

An audience that kicks you when you’re down

The earnings, the buyouts, the studies, the flops

Finding and refining product in town

The board of directors hearts beat like a drum

Closing the mine when the DOD won’t come

There’s tons of money in antimony it’s the only mineral I know

You get word before earnings has started that your favorite uncle died at dawn

Top of that, your products halted in China, that’ll blindside ya, but you go on

There’s no people like UAMY people, they smile when the stock is low

Yesterday they told you the ore is not too far, the market opens and there you are

Next day in Gary’s office hangs a Texas star, lets go on with this note.

The tune above is dedicated to Peter Smith. He’s a StockPawnshop fan that does an incredible Ethel Merman impersonation. Peter worked at Robert W. Baird and always liked a new small-cap idea. The US Antimony story has many elements (pun-intended)

Last August, China announced export restrictions on antimony in a move to prevent shipments globally in the name of national security. Antimony, Sb on the periodic table, is a critical input for the defense industry, particularly for ammunition, night vision goggles, and infrared sensors. It is also a key input in flame retardants. But, lets just focus on the drama: U.S. vs China.

China is the world’s largest producer of this material with roughly 50% market share and represents north of 60% of U.S. antimony imports. Pricing has increased more than five-fold from roughly $5 per pound to over $25 per pound. That’s a great set-up, right?

Our belief is that the commodity price will remain elevated because Xi no likey powerful U.S. defense industry. President Trump’s staff is working quickly to establish new supply chains of antimony ore. Meanwhile, Gary Evans and his team of geologists found antimony ore from old gold mines in Alaska. He will begin trucking the ore to his smelter in Thompson Falls, Montana this fall. NOTE: U.S. Antimony has the only smelters for antimony in North America. Thus, in 2026 the UAMY business model is much improved with higher gross margins due to having its own supply of raw material.

Hmmm….China vs US driving price of Sb, only refining capability in North America, and recently finding and internalizing supply. But that’s not all. US Antimony also has a Zeolite division and it’s growing.

In Bear River, Idaho, US Antimony mines and processes Zeolite, a group of industrial minerals used in water filtration, sewage treatment, environmental/nuclear remediation, and even cattle feed (to reduce the smell of a herd’s foul methane gas). Management recently issued it’s first mineral reserve technical report. Third party engineers have given the deposit an over 400 year life with some of the highest quality zeolite in the world. Now that doesn’t stink.

So, looking into 2026, our crack staff has come up with forty cents in earnings per share as a best guess. That assumes a tripling of antimony pounds processed, higher pricing and gross margin. We increased operating expenses because the company needs to add people and equipment to support the growth. Note: Sb drives the model but a helping of cash flow from Zeolite makes a nice little side dish. Yum yum, your favorite pawn stars have consumed before the market cap hit $1billion, but Gary thinks its next stop is $2 billion or $16 before 2027.
